MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN OF HADLEY PLANNING BOARD
MARCH 3, 2014
The regular meeting of the Town of Hadley Planning Board was
called to order at 7:12 p.m. by Chairperson Lynn Waite. Those members present
were Lynn Waite, Kathy St.John, James Bennett, Clifford Johnsen and Attorney
Johnson. Excused absence was Blue Neils.
After the Boards review and discussion of Sub-division
Application #SD-02-2013 (Raymond Oksala) no action was taken. The applicant is
to provide an up-dated APA Project Permit and an updated survey map with all
neighboring properties correctly depicted. The Board agreed to waive the
subdivision provision of "strict application of certified mail, return receipt
mailings", and granted the applicant to just certified mailings, no return
receipt.
Joshua Jenkins presented a Sub-Division Application
requested approval for a two (2) lot sub-division for property located at 3647
North Shore Rd., Hadley, NY 12838, Tax Map #34.-1-42.1. After review, the Board
requested that the survey indicate where the proposed house, septic and well
would be located.
James Bennett made a motion to accept application as
complete and schedule a Public Hearing for April 7, 2014 at 7:00 p.m., seconded
by Clifford Johnsen, all in favor.
Kathy St.Johm made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:45
p.m., seconded by James Bennett, all in favor.
