MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN OF HADLEY PLANNING BOARD
FEBRUARY 3, 2014
The regular meeting of the Town of Hadley Planning Board was
called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairperson Lynn Waite. Those members present
were Lynn Waite, Kathy St.John, James Bennett, Blue Neils, Clifford Johnsen and
Attorney Johnson.
Kathy St.John made a motion to approve the January 6, 2014
Meeting Minutes, seconded by Blue Neils, all in favor.
Mr. Raymond H. Oksala, JR presented the Board with a Subdivision
Application, requesting approval for a three (3) lot subdivision for property
located at Hadley Hill Road/Tower Road, Hadley, NY 12835, Tax Map #17-1-3.
After review of the
application, Kathy St.John made a motion to accept the application as complete
and schedule a Public Hearing for March 3, 2014 @ 7:00 p.m., seconded by
Clifford Johnsen, all in favor.
James Bennett made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:25
p.m., seconded by Kathy St.John, all in favor.
