The Public Hearing of the Town of Hadley Planning Board regarding application #V-01-2013, whereas Robert Lanza is requesting a variance to the Town of Hadley Building Code: Property Set-Backs, for property located at 6 Service Drive, Hadley, NY 12835, Tax Map #35.20-1-27, was called to order at 7:05 p.m. by Chairperson Lynn Waite. Those members present were Lynn Waite, Kathy St.John, James Bennett and Blue Neils. Absent were Clifford Johnsen and Attorney Johnson.
