MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN OF HADLEY PLANNING BOARD
AUGUST 5, 2013
The regular meeting of the Town of Hadley Planning Board was called to order at 7:04 p.m. by Chairperson Lynn Waite. Those present were Lynn Waite, James Bennett, Clifford Johnsen, Blue Neils and Attorney Johnson. Absent was Kathy St.John.
James Bennett made a motion to approve both the regular meeting minutes and the public hearing minutes regarding application #SD-01-2013 and SP-02/2013 of July 1, 2013, seconded by Clifford Johnsen, all in favor.
Mr. Robert Lanza presented a Variance Application requesting a variance to the building code regarding property line set-backs, article VI, 67-25, A. #1, for property located at 6 service Drive, Hadley, New York 12835, tax map #35.20-1-77. After review of the application, it was determined by the board to be complete.
James Bennett made a motion to accept application #V-01-2013 as complete and schedule a public hearing for September 9, 2013, seconded by Blue Neils, all in favor.
James Bennett made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:20, seconded by Clifford Johnsen, all in favor.
