MINUTES OF THE PUBLIC HEARING OF THE TOWN OF HADLEY PLANNING BOARD REGARDING
SITE-PLAN APPLICATION #SP-02-2013

The Public Hearing of the Town of Hadley Planning Board regarding application #SP-02-2013, whereas Primax Properties, LLC is requesting approval for the construction and operation of a 9,100 square foot retail store located at the corner of Old Corinth Road and NYS Route 9N, Hadley, NY 12835, Tax Map #345.15-1-14, was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairperson Lynn Waite. Those members present were Lynn Waite, Kathy St.John, James Bennett, Clifford Johnsen, Blue Neils and Attorney Johnson.
Mrs. Patricia Liebl asked for clarification as to where the construction would be taken place, Mr. O'Brien responded to her question.
The Public Hearing was closed at 7:08 p.m.
