MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN OF HADLEY PLANNING BOARD
JULY2, 2012
The regular meeting of the Town of Hadley Planning Board was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairperson Lynn Waite. Those present were Lynn Waite, Kathy St.John, James Bennett, Clifford Johnsen, Blue Neils and Attorney Johnson.
Clifford Johnsen made a motion to approve the June 4, 2012 meeting minutes, seconded by James Bennett, all in favor.
Lynn Waite and Kathy St.John will attend the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals Training seminar located in Ford Edward on Thursday, July 12, 2012. Monty Thomas will make the reservations.
Ronald Tucker presented a Subdivision application to the board for property located at 14 Bunzey Mnt. Rd., Hadley, NY 12835, Tax Map #46-1-51.3. After review of the application, the Board determined it was incomplete as the following items need to be provided:
1 Copy of property Deed
2 Updated and complete survey of property
3 Completed Short Environmental Assessment Form
4 APA Amended Project Permit
5 Completed Subdivision Application
Kathy St.John made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:25, seconded by James Bennett, all in favor.
