MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN OF HADLEY PLANNING BOARD
JANUARY 9, 2012
The regular meeting of the Town of Hadley Planning Board was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairperson Lynn Waite. Those present were Lynn Waite, James Bennett, Clifford Johnsen and Attorney Johnson. Excused absence was Kathy St.John and Blue Neils.
Clifford Johnsen made a motion to approve the corrected December 5, 2011 meeting minutes, seconded by James Bennett.
Jean Bruno Gettler, Trustee Bruno Family Trust & Individual presented a two lot residential subdivision application for property located at 292 Eddy Road, Hadley, NY 12835, Tax Map #10-1-4.1 & 4.2. After review of the application it was determined that the actual number of lots that would be created by this subdivision would be two (2). Clifford Johnsen questioned if the Gettler's would maintain the original house and property, Jean Bruno advised they would. Jean Bruno advised the board that a rite-of-way will provide access to the new lot being created via the existing driveway. Clifford Johnsen advised that once the utilities were installed, they would need to be maintained. After review of the APA'S Project Permit and applicant's application, Attorney Johnson advised that the applicant would need to provide the deeds for the two (2) existing lots and any proposed restrictions or covenants.
James Bennett made a motion to accept Subdivision Application #SD-01-2012 as complete with the condition that the deeds be provided for the existing two (2) lots and schedule a Public Hearing for February 6, 2012 at 7:00p.m., seconded by Clifford Johnsen, all in favor.
Clifford Johnsen made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:25 p.m., seconded by James Bennett, all in favor.
