MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN OF HADLEY PLANNING BOARD
JANUARY 3, 2011
The regular meeting of the Town of Hadley Planning Board was called to order at 7:25 p.m. by Chairperson Lynn Waite. Those present were Lynn Waite, James Bennett, Clifford Johnsen, Blue Neils and Attorney Johnson. Unexcused absence was Kathy St.John.
Clifford Johnsen made a motion to approve the December 6, 2010 meeting minutes, seconded by James Bennett, all in favor.
James Bennett advised that he was very concerned about the parking regarding Site-Plan Application #SP-01-2010 and was requesting applicant indicate more specifically parking areas on her application. After a lengthy discussion between applicant Jill Freeman and Planning Board member James Bennett, Chairperson Lynn Waite advised Mr. Bennett that the Board had previously accepted Mrs. Freeman's application as complete at the December 6, 2010 meeting and his concerns should had been addressed at that time.
After further discussion between applicant Jill Freeman and the Board, it was determined that applicant had addressed all issues to the best of her ability regarding parking.
James Bennett made a motion to grant final approval regarding Site-Plan Application #SP-01-2010 with the following condition that all parking spaces be marked indicating residential use and business use, seconded by Clifford Johnsen, all in favor.
Clifford Johnsen made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:00 p.m., seconded by James Bennett, all in favor.
