MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN OF HADLEY PLANNING BOARD
DECEMBER 6, 2010
The regular meeting of the Town of Hadley Planning Board was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairperson Lynn Waite. Those present were Lynn Waite, Kathy St.John, James Bennett, Clifford Johnsen, Blue Neils and Attorney Johnson.
Kathy St.John made a motion to approve the corrected October 4, 2010 meeting minutes, seconded by James Bennett, all in favor.
Kathy St.John made a motion to approve the November 1, 2010 meeting minutes, seconded by James Bennett, all in favor.
Jill Freeman presented a Site-Plan Application (#SP-01-2010) whereas she is requesting approval to add residential apartments to her existing commercial property located at 347 Old Corinth Rd., Hadley, NY, Tax Map #27.18-4-56. The total square footage of the building is 6000 and the requested approval would be 1600 square feet for residential and 4400 square feet for non-residential. After a detailed review of the application Blue Neils made a motion to accept application and schedule a public hearing for January 3, 2011 at 7:00 p.m., seconded by Clifford Johnsen, all in favor.
Kathy St.John made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:05, seconded by James Bennett, all in favor.
