MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN OF HADLEY PLANNING BOARD
OCTOBER 4, 2010
The regular meeting of the Town of Hadley Planning Board was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairperson Lynn Waite. Those present were Lynn Waite, Kathy St.John, James Bennett, Clifford Johnsen and Attorney Johnson. Absent was Blue Neils.
Kathy St.John made a motion to approve September 13, 2010 meeting minutes, seconded by James Bennett, all in favor.
The Board discussed Mr. Andy Bovee's current piles of wood on his Route 9N property located in Hadley. It appears that Mr. Bovee may be in violation of his approved Site-Plan, of which specified that there would be storage of seven (7) to ten (10) cords of firewood. The board will advise the Code Enforcement Officer of the situation.
James Bennett made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:30, seconded by Kathy St.John, all in favor.
