MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN OF HADLEY PLANNING BOARD
SEPTEMBER 13, 2010
The regular meeting of the Town of Hadley Planning Board was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairperson Lynn Waite. Those present were Lynn Waite, Kathy St.John, James Bennett, Clifford Johnsen and Attorney Johnson. Unexcused absence was Blue Neils.
Kathy St.John made a motion to approve the August 2, 2010 meeting minutes, seconded by Clifford Johnsen, all in favor.
Lynn Waite advised the board that she has had an in-depth conversation with the prospective buyer of Fast Jacks Restaurant and has informed him that he will need to complete a Site-Plan Application.
Attorney Johnson advised the board that she has spoken to Welch Real Estate and informed them that the Town of Hadley Planning board does not have an approved subdivision of file. Welch Real Estate was very concerned as they had been advised by Mr. Schuh that the property was all in order to be sold. All Welch Real-Estate signs have been removed from Chris Schuh's property.
James Bennett made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:10 p.m., seconded by Kathy St.John, all in favor.
