MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN OF HADLEY PLANNING BOARD
JULY 12, 2010
The regular meeting of the Town of Hadley Planning board was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairperson Lynn Waite. Those present were Lynn Waite, Kathy St.John, James Bennett, Clifford Johnsen and Attorney Johnson. Excused absence was Blue Neils.
Kathy St.John made a motion to approve both the corrected Public Hearing and Regular Meeting Minutes of June 7, 2010, seconded by Clifford Johnsen, all in favor.
Chairperson Lynn Waite advised the board that when a legal holiday falls on the Monday of a regular scheduled Planning Board Meeting, the meeting will be conducted on the following Monday. This was the case for the July 2010 meeting being conducted on July 12, 2010 as July 5, 2010 was a legal holiday.
The Board has determined that Boundary Line Adjustment Form for Applicant/Seller Joseph & Kathleen Lawlor is truly a Boundary Line Adjustment and the Town of Hadley Planning Board does not have jurisdiction.
James Bennett made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:22, seconded by Kathy St.John, all in favor.
