MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN OF HADLEY PLANNING BOARD
MAY 3, 2010
The regular meeting of the Town of Hadley planning board was called to order at 7:05 p.m. by Chairperson Lynn Waite. Those present were Lynn Waite, Kathy St.John, James Bennett, Blue Neils, Clifford Johnsen and Attorney Johnson.
Blue Neils made a motion to approve April 5, 2010 corrected meeting minutes, seconded by Clifford Johnsen, all in favor.
Attorney Melissa Lescault, representing Charles & Jean Stratton presented a Boundary Line Adjustment Form for property located at Meehan Road, Hadley, NY. After review and discussion, the Board determined all to be in order for a Boundary Line Adjustment and Chairperson Lynn Waite signed the form as so.
Kathy St.John made a motion to grant final approval for Subdivision Application #SD-01-2010 (Erie Boulevard Hydropower, L.P.) seconded by Blue Neils, all in favor.
Joseph & Jean Cieslik presented a Variance Application #V-01-2010, requesting a variance to the Building Code, Article VI, 67-25-A (Property Line Setbacks) for property located at 104 3rd. Ave., Hadley, NY, Tax Map #27.13-1-7. After review and discussion of the application, Kathy St.John made a motion to accept application as complete and schedule a Public Hearing for June 7, 2010, seconded by James Bennett, all in favor.
James Bennett made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:55 p.m., seconded by Blue Neils, all in favor.
