The regular meeting of the Town of Hadley Planning Board was called to order at 7:40 p.m. by Chairperson Lynn Waite. Those present were Lynn Waite, Kathy St.John and Mike Mason. Absent were Patricia Morrow, Bill Brandt and Attorney Johnson.
Kathy St.John made a motion to approve corrected Public Hearing Minutes dated September 12, 2005 regarding Subdivision #SD-05-05, seconded by Mike Mason, all in favor.
Kathy St.John made a motion to approve corrected minutes of the September 12, 2005 regular meeting, seconded by Mike Mason, all in favor.
After review and discussion of Subdivision Application #SD-07-05, Freda Spiropoulous, Mike Mason made a motion to approve subdivision with the following conditions, seconded by Kathy St.John, all in favor.
1. Revised survey map indicating all lots be a minimum of 2.8 acres.
2. No cutting of trees within 50 feet from road with the exception of the placement of
a 25 foot wide driveway.
Chairperson Lynn Waite signed Boundary Line Adjustment form granting approval for Charles Stratton and McLaughlin.
Kathy St.John made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:10 p.m., seconded by Mike Mason, all in favor.
