vouchers and all have been approved for payment

RESOLUTION #87 was made by a motion
from Charles Ovitt seconded by Colleen DeMarsh.

IT RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Hadley to use the balance of
the Highway Funds, approximately $118,000 and transfer the amount of $63,000
into it to Equipment line and $56,000 into paving for the year 2020. All Ayes.
Motion
was made by Charles Ovitt seconded by Colleen DeMarsh to approve a temporary permit
to someone for one time use only for the Recycling Center while working on
someone’s property in the Town of Hadley. This permit will have the owner’s
name, address and phone number. All Ayes.
RESOLUTION # 88 was made by a motion
from Charles Ovitt seconded by Colleen DeMarsh.
BE IT
RESOLVED
that the Town Board of the Town of Hadley hereby appoints Jennifer Pike to
replace Cliff Johnsen on the Town of Hadley’s Planning Board which the term
ends 12/31/2020 and Tina Ladd to replace Lynn Waite’s term which it had to be
filled by 12/31/2019 to end on
12/31/2024. All Ayes.
RESOLUTION #89 was made by a motion
from Charles Ovitt seconded by Colleen Demarsh.
BE IT
RESOLVED
that the Town Board of the Town of Hadley will transfer $15,000 to Recycling
Building Project from the Fund Balance. All Ayes.
RESOLUTION # 90 was made by a motion
from Charles Ovitt seconded by Colleen Demarsh
WHEREAS
the Hadley Town Board as per Section 2019-a of the Unified Justice Court Act
have audited the Justice’s records and dockets and all is satisfactory. All
