Special meeting of the Hadley Town Board Thursday July 3rd 2008 held at the Hadley Town Hall at 8 AM.
Members present: Supervisor Arthur Wright
Councilman: James Brewster Charles Ovitt
Councilwoman: Colleen DeMarsh Susan Wilder
Also present: Highway Superintendent Joseph Monica and Town Clerk, Pauline G. Smead
Councilwoman Wilder had to excuse herself at 8:15
After a long discussion between the Employees, the Town Board and the Insurance Representative the Town Board decided to open the meeting at 8:45 AM.
RESOLUTION # 52 was made by a motion by James Brewster seconded by Colleen DeMarsh
BE IT RESOLVED that the Hadley Town Board hereby approves the new Insurance Policy for all Employees and three prior employees which were under the HMO Policy.

Motion was made by Supervisor Wright seconded by James Brewster to adjourn this meeting at 8:50 AM. All Ayes
