#36 – Use of Senior/Community Center, Senior/Community Center Pavilion and Town

was made by a motion from Charles Ovitt seconded by Carl Lawrence. All Ayes.
Approved.
WHEREAS,
the Town Board of the Town of Hadley has approved the following;
o
The
Park and the Pavilion at Senior/Community Center can be reserved and used.
o
Town
Hall Building and Senior/Community Center cannot
be reserved for private events.
o
Town
Hall Building and Senior/Community Center may be reserved for meetings/events
from Community and Civic Groups ONLY.
o
User
Agreement must be signed and Certificate of Insurance must be provided prior to
the date of reservation.
